Our Service Agreement

Our agreement may only be terminated under specific circumstances outlined in the terms below.
Case Acceptance
The company has the right to decline cases with low success rates, as well as those involving fraudulent or misrepresented claims.
Agreement Termination
If agreement termination is necessary, we will give you a warning and try our best to assign another agent for your visa application.
Applicant Cancellation
If an applicant decides to terminate the agreement, they have the right to do so at any time.
Service Charges
At the start of the application process, a quotation for our service charges will be provided. The fees are variable and dependent on specific requirements, urgency, as well as the discretion and policies of relevant embassies.
Embassy Procedures
Embassy standard procedures cannot be expedited by us, nor do we possess the authority to influence any government embassy.
Express Visa Service
Clients who need a Dubai Visa on an urgent basis within 24 hours (1 working day) may be subject to additional charges for express service.
Visa Application Decisions
We are not responsible if any embassy declines your visa application or fails to process it within the expected timeframe.
Processing Time & Refunds
Visa processing typically takes around 3 to 4 days. However, please note that we cannot issue a refund in cases where the embassy causes delays.
